Erika Reinhardt

Erika Reinhardt is the Executive Director of Spark Climate Solutions, and co-founded the organization in 2022 to accelerate progress in critical climate areas in need of catalytic philanthropic support.

Erika is also on the board of the Arête Glacier Initiative and Azolla Ventures limited partner advisory committee, and is a frequent speaker on frontier climate issues, and reviewer of international climate reports. 

Prior to Spark, she led technical teams at non-profits and high-growth companies with an impact orientation, including as the Director of Engineering at OpenAI, engineering director at Stripe, Director of Product Engineering at Planet Labs, and leading election efforts at U.S. Digital Response, before becoming solely focused on climate efforts.

Erika studied computer science, electrical engineering, and mechanical engineering at MIT. She lives in San Francisco with her family.
