Jasmine Woods

Jasmine Woods has over a decade of experience supporting nonprofit organizations in building the foundations needed to deliver high impact work. Her background spans roles in environmental and conservation focused initiatives, technology consulting, and community based organizations. Her work focuses on designing and strengthening systems to connect long term strategic priorities with day-to-day execution.

She has a track record of navigating complex organizational challenges across finance, development and strategic partnerships, people operations, programmatic strategy, and grant making. At Spark, Jasmine works closely with the COO, Chief of Staff, and Director of Program Management to ensure that our operational infrastructure strategy is aligned with and effectively enables the needs and ambitions of program teams.

Jasmine lives in Philadelphia, PA with her husband and daughter enjoying family bike rides, museum excersions, and beach trips to visit family in Delaware.
