As Spark continues to grow, Sarah will oversee the strengthening of the organization’s core operational functions—finance, human resources, program management, communications—ensuring we have the people and systems to achieve even greater impact in accelerating progress on critical unsolved climate challenges.
Sarah has spent the majority of her career building processes, procedures, and teams in high-growth organizations. Most recently, she served as Head of Operations at Circular, an AI-powered sourcing platform for recycled and next-generation materials.
Her experience spans healthcare, sustainability, logistics, and food and agriculture.
Sarah holds a BA from Bowdoin College and an MBA from the University of Minnesota.
